I have experience developing and managing comprehensive knowledge bases, technical documentation, and customer service content. I engage analytical insights to develop informative and engaging content that addresses customer needs and enhances user experience. I create clear and concise technical documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting guides. I implement strategies to streamline support processes to improve customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
As part of a Knowledge Team, I research and write materials for the Volkswagen Group UK comprising Audi /Skoda /SEAT UK/ Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK and CUPRA UK Knowledge Base. In this job, I have used my vast experiences in journalism, marketing, search engine optimisation and branding to support the clients. I am passionate about delivering high-quality content and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
